Management Structure

Project Coordinator: IRB Barcelona, Prof. Antonio Zorzano

MITIN Steering Committee: is the decision making body of the Consortium, responsible for any major decision affecting the implementation and success of the project. It is constituted by the WP Leaders.

Project Office: Adriana Grosu, Administrative Project Manager.

WP Leaders: are the leaders of the work within an individual Workpackage and they are responsible, among other, with monitoring the technical progress of the project.

Exploitation Management Board: evaluates whether the results generated within the Project are suitable for exploitation and advises the Parties on the most appropriate exploitation mechanisms. The chairman is Dr. Matej Oresic (VTT).
